Getting In The Mood

DIY Kids Plays Bakery, Shops & More
We are in the process of building my daughter a small bakery to store her melissa & doug sets.
I found some inspiration via GOOGLE!
What I like it the set up and fruit displays, but its not girly enough for me and a bit to big for what I need but some REALLY awesome concept! Found:http://blueberryjunkie.com/how-tos/diy-pretend-play-supermarket/
NOT DIY but way to cute to pass by and this can easy be made....
found here: http://www.allthingscupcake.com/2012/01/page/2/
sold at Meijer for 49.99
Kids play market:
found here: http://essentialdiy.tumblr.com/post/6381867663/play-kitchen-and-market-stall-via-ikea-hacker
the market is kinda the plan I am aiming for, however less busy, more of a bakery and less supermarket
very pretty ( this is for a party but you could surely make a mini version)
found here: http://www.thetomkatstudio.com/real-parties-lexis-sweet-shoppe-birthday/
This was my ioriginal insipriation.... I probably should have continued to wait for a trip to the city to get the wood but with 8 days till the party, I grew worried and buckled into what kmart had. But this beauty is my fav!
I read the blog on this and this is a ladys friend who does this for a HOBBY. How truly amazing!!!!!
Found here: http://www.bakerella.com/candyland/
when I get my lil ones bakery upstairs in her room ( after her bday ofcourse) I plan to add some of these cuties:
found here:http://designdazzle.blogspot.com/2011/05/fabulous-ideas-kitchen-accessories-in.html
Just the pan ( painted pink) and
a few of these:
Target
and this was the first image i came across yrs ago.
I love the mixing bowl!!!!
found here:http://www.bhg.com/rooms/kids-rooms/storage/diy-kids-room-storage-projects/#page=16
So I'll let you in a sneek peek of what I purchased for my daughters 7th birthday KIDS DIY PLAY BAKERY
basically I bought 2 of these:
from kmart ( in the garage shelving section) for 20.00 each.....
and 2 of these:
for 15.00 each.
TO SAVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM KMART> go to lowes or menards....way cheaper. i didnt have the time to go to the city which costs 20.00 in gas as well.
I am using the 2 boxes for : fruit crates & I have not decided if i am leaving the shelving as I have it now in 1 piece or 2 in a L shape. Ill show you pics of both when finished....... Come back to see the final product!

Spank my bootie and call me MODERN GIRL!
To say droll was falling off my lips while oogling the Modern options available to those in the " finer staus in life", is simply an unerstatement. I am contemplating how i can leave my house behind and find one with all of my true loves incorporated in to the house of my dream.
For a bathroom:
who wouldn't want to spend a lifetime dreaming in this space?
the shower is inviting, I'd want to spend the day in there.
Can you say AHHHHHHHHHHHH
My husband would like this..... me however I pass
The girl in all of us has to be impressed, but again not something id favor.
another one for the men.... um OK?
There are so many modern bathrooms to look thru online....
So on to outdoors, how I would love to host parties in such inviting spaces, or spend the day swinging in a hammock with my daughters.
Dream away! :)
