I have a NEED for organization. i want everything in it's place, labeled, clean, and pretty. I have been searching for a way to organize my makeup:

I found these on Amazon prices vary but worth me purchasing....I haven't decided?
makeup, nail polish acrylic organizers see pics
nail polish organizer. I read it doesnt store many brands but  my current storage includes:
a small slightly different version of this:

yes it works. i can see all polishes and keep nail files, trims, nail art and such organized, but i just don't like it!
Not near as pretty as the acrylic one.

For my makeup:

Found on amazon as well, there is a website that sells these ever so clever items too!
Whats holding me back? I don't own a medicine cabinet and I'm not sure it would work well in a base cabinet or where I store my current items.

so I'm debating this instead:

two 3 or 4 of these. But i have such varying sizes and shapes, and I currently keep them in

a black metal version of this. Less many compartments.

Here is one form IKEA ( I love you IKEA, please move closer to me)

RATIONELL Flatware tray basic unit IKEA

I  wonder if these spice racks from target would work for anything ( minus the spices)

Trudeau Wedge 12 Bottle Spice Rack
This one I know would for nail polish BUT...would it be what i want?
Black and Chrome Three-Tier Shelf 4.38

or should i get these:
Caboodles Clear Organizer Tray
this one from Target!

Organization is complicated!

Do these jeans make my butt look big?

So here it is:

Average price...... range 120-180
7 for all mankind jeans.... I now have 3 pairs none of which fit perfect, but i do say the denim material feels much better compared with your average jeans.
If you take the plunge educate yourself on authentic and fake ( exp if u decide to buy from ebay or like)
who doesn't want that super bootie?

What about these...do these make my butt look big?

Seven Jeans ....I love mine
Average price of 50-90
Denim is thick but great stretch and comfort

Citizens of Humanity Jeans
Average price range 150-190

Comfort and a nice feel to the denim. If you decide to take the plunge make sure you  again do your research on authentic vs fake if buying from sites such as ebay!

Silver Jeans
average price range 50-80
 love mine.....

Have you ever tried VINCE clothing? I feel in love recently with the slouchy top and the material was sooooo soft and comfortable.
Price 245.00 ( sure it ranges )

Have you ever tried these?

I WILL purchase these products soon to try...whats your opinion?

smashbox photo finish primer cost aprox 36-42 Soooooo pricey for a base cover but Ive read nothing but positive on this. However its  co workers:

dont seem to be near as popular! Anyone?

Mally Poreless Face defender
price of 36-42

Another stinkin product QVC has me wanting

Philosophy Purity one step facial cleanser
aver price 20.00

OPI golden glitter bomb

OPI Glitter Bomb.... OH MY I'm in love!!!!!

benefit cosmetics

Benefit I am glam and a few other sets!

Benefit Dr feel good

Benefit Erase paste

Have you tried any of these? Did they work? Help before I make the plunge!!!!!!

I may be hitting midlife momma syndrome

Because i refuse to give up trying to find products that make me look amazing. Hey all of us woman deserve to look and feel our best everyday!!!

So I bought:

got grease?

average price 20ish
Rockaholic Shine blaster
Not so impressed. More of a greasy look than a shine. and a greasy feeling on your hands and hair afterwards.

Not again:

27.00
Rockaholic livin the dream shampoo

Nope another fail by rockaholic products! I have long hair, and this takes soooo much product to wash my hair its not really worth it. I've seen no benefit to using this.

Now we are talking love:

Biolage moisture shampoo
Paid 9.00 aver price 15.00 - 20.00

Worth it yes. My hair is super soft and it takes very little product to effectively wash my long hair. Does not deliver a whole lot of moisture but again, what product does.

WHOOOOOO MOMMA:

Found for 9.99 aver price  12.00
Rockaholic  Born to Rock detangler & defrizzer

In the winter months my daughters and I walk around with our hair standing straight up on some days. After my oldest daughter recently complained of children thinking she was some alien child during gym I searched for a product to help. This was it! Look no further mothers to alien children...... ur problem solved here. I also use it on my youngest whom has long tangled hair and it smells good, delivers a fine mist and detangles.

Does expensive mean its better?

Who knows? I've sure been trying some pretty pricey items and here is what i loved and what I didn't!

Kinda:

16.00 for .5 oz

Sephora Ultra smoothing Primer

What I like is the softness it delivers as you apply it. It feels somewhat greasy though and as far as what Ive seen it does nothing to hide imperfections

Better:

.
less than 8.00

Rimmel Fix & Perfect foundation primer.  For under 8.00 in major chain stores such as walmart. It covered some of my redness and felt good on my skin as well as kept my makeup in place. Not smoothing like the Sephora but does much more.

YUCKY:

MAC Fix +
20.00 for 3.4 oz

Smells gross! I have not seen any benefit to using this product. i have tried spraying as a finish spray over makeup.... as well as a refresher in the morning. Not worth the money!

NO WAY...NEVER AGAIN:

Smashbox Targeted pore and liner primer
32.00

Only + I seen with this is it did ever so slightly plump my few wrinkles   indentations. I put this on as a base and tried applying primer on top.....it clumped up and flaked and was a waste of product. Actually I have not found any product i can use with this...so it has to be worn alone.  Though its recommend to use smashbox products with it, I tried using many other products and it had the same clumpy results.
NOT worth the money

My best friend:

Almay One coat dial up mascara
aprox 8.00

I paid 1.00 at our local dollar store. I wasnt expecting much and was wowed so much I went and bought 5 more. For that price who wouldn't? Does thicken and somewhat lengthen. I use 1,2,and 3 and let dry in between. 1 on days when Im heading to the gym and want a natural look. All 3 when i want some sexy look to overcome me! WORTH 8.00

UNdecided:

Clinque redness solutions

so far I've only tried the one that targets spots and I've seen a VERY SLIGHT difference. I have in my opinion an extreme amount of red patches on my face and will go to any length to look like or have flawless skin. I just found this exact set as pictured at TJ MAXX for 27.99 and I passed it up....kinda kicking myself now as i went back and its gone.

Products that worked & some that didn't

Updates on what worked and what didn't!

LOVE:
HALO Hydrating Perfecting Powder & Brush Set

Smashbox Halo Hydrating Powder. Unlike most powders that feel so dry, this feels like a boost of moisture as you apply it. I think it does a great job camouflaging fine lines and light flaws. Does NOT cover dark spots or hide under eye darkness. Worth the price: YES. For a setting/ finishing powder I would buy it!

YUCKY:

Benefit Boiing/ Eye Bright
Purchased for 9.99 including shipping. Does not hide light flaws, dark flaws or anything in between. The eye bright is nothing more than any concealer or other product in a light color would do. NOT worth the money

KINDA:

OPI Light my Sapphire nail polish.

OPI polish is very watery in my opinion but has a burst of color. I personally do not LOVE this color. But I am wearing it topped with :

Sinful colors
All About You and it makes it much prettier

OPI nail polish runs about 8.50 ...... not worth it. It does last a few days longer but It chipped within a week with 2 top coats.

BLAH:
Nicole by OPI
Have a Heart

Nearly impossible to get a heart out of the bottle and onto your nail where u want it. I put this on my daughters nails and within a few days the hearts were coming off with a top coat covering it. Not worth the frustration or money of 7.00 I paid for this bottle.

YUMMY:

Nicole Rock the Vote Red

Stayed on longer than the cheaper polishes, with 2 top coats I expected chipping within a few days and it last a week. The color is super yummy! Paid 7.00 and worth 7.00
